Does your jewelry tarnish?
As with all Sterling Silver, ours will do too overtime. Easily regain your jewelry's shine by polishing it with a polishing cloth. You may also refer to our care instructions to maintain the beauty of your jewerly.
Are your jewelry hypo-allergenic?
We're pleased to let you know that our pieces are allergen-free. We've made sure that they were created nickel, lead, and cadmium free.
How to order?
Easy as 1, 2, 3.
1) Browse through our catalog and take note of the item name (found beside each photo).
2) Submit your orders by completing our order form and wait for your invoice.
3) Once invoice is received, settle your payment and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of payment.
4) Sit back and wait for your orders to arrive at your doorstep.
Can I order via direct message/text messaging?
What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through various channels such as BDO, BPI, GCash, Paypal.
Please note however that Paypal payments require an additional P100 charge.
COD payments now accepted via Grab. Please message us for the rates.
When will you ship my orders?
We ship everyday. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your orders one (1) business day after according to your selected delivery method.
Meaning, if you settle your payment on Saturday or Sunday, your orders will be shipped out on Monday.
For same day delivery via Grab or Lalamove, please give us at least 1-2 hours to prepare and ship out your orders.
When will I receive my orders?
You should receive your orders within 3 to 7 days after payment has been confirmed. If it has been more than 7 days, please contact us so we can follow-up with the courier on your behalf.
How can I track my orders?
We ship your orders via Grab/JRS Express. You may track your orders via the JRS Tracker. Please note that your tracking number may not appear as soon as we send the tracking number to you but should reflect within 48 hours. Otherwise, please contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
As of the moment, we only ship locally within the Philippines. Please stay tuned as we plan to in the near future.
What is your return policy?
Before we ship out your item, we check it one last time to ensure quality control. We do not offer refunds as of the moment but will accept returned goods if proved defective within 7 days once delivered. Please note that buyer will shoulder both shipping costs to and fro.
Do you accept resellers/wholesalers?
Our goal is to be able to share our craft to the world. We are in the process of making a resellers program that will make sure you feel the same love for this industry as we do. As for wholesale, we're still ironing out some details but it's coming real soon!
